Artist Statement
In my art, I use mostly the media of painting. I explore the human condition, sensitivity and cruelty, self- transformation and feminism. I create abstract and expressionistic paintings using vivid palettes and unsettled textures to communicate my inner life. The metamorphosis of internal impulses in the external world, re-creation and disintegration of the self and the transition of wildlife into the culture take shape through mixed-media experimentation and spontaneous colour play.
